Slow Flow

A slow and deliberate practice with longer posture holds and slow transitions, designed to flow effortlessly with the breath.

A dynamic, flowing practice. Postures are not held very long and the transition between postures is fluid, like a slow dance.

Hatha

A traditional, classic style of practice, with gentle transitions between poses, and incorporates some pranayama (yogic breathwork) and yogic philosophy.

Yin yoga is a gentle, restorative, and deeply therapeutic practice that can help to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Yin + Nidra

This practice provides all the benefits of Yin Yoga as well as a grounding yoga nidra (yogic sleep or guided meditation) during a long shavasana.

Back 2 Basics Slow Flow

Our Back 2 Basics Slow Flow classes are a playful and educational class that breaks down and explores the core asana (postures) found in our yoga classes.

Yang to Yin

A combination of our Flow and Yin classes. Beginning with flowing moving and then slow down with long gentle shapes - It’s the best of both!

Pranayama

Starting with a little somatic movement to connect mind body and breath, followed by easy to follow pranayama (yogic breathing) techniques and ending in meditation.

Chakra Sound Meditation

You will be guided by voice through a bodyscan meditation, followed by a chakra focused sound immersion, using crystal singing bowls and chimes.

Prenatal Yoga

Slow, gentle yoga specifically curated to support you during your pregnancy, help prepare you for giving birth, as well as providing a foundation for postpartum recovery.
