Andrea offers an intentional and deeply nurturing practice, delivered from that heart, that aims to cultivate union between mind, body, breath and spirit. As a primary school educator with over 15 years of experience nurturing and guiding others, Andrea knows the importance of maintaining one's mental health and well-being.
Andrea was initially drawn to yoga for the way she felt during and after class until it evolved into an integral part of her own self-care practice. This affinity for yoga and long experience with teaching organically led Andrea to complete her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at the Australian Yoga Academy. On completion, she was inspired to continue her learning journey with Yin Yoga Training with Karina Smith and Youth Yoga Training with Beata Heymann. Andrea's classes are supportive, nourishing and grounding with a sense of playful exploration.
Andrea’s offerings cater to all, with invitational language, postural variations and exquisite use of props to support and enhance the practitioner's experience. Andrea fosters a sense of empowerment to the practice in a way that feels right within the body and manifests connection. Off the mat, you can find Andrea exploring nature, walking her furbaby, listening to music, playing guitar and singing all with chai in hand! Forever the optimist, Andrea's bright smile and positive outlook warm the soul.
