Natalie offers beginner-friendly yoga with a focus on pose options and modifications to support people in learning to listen to their body and their individual needs. She utilises yoga props and particularly loves yin yoga for this reason.As a trained schoolteacher, it felt natural that her yoga teaching journey began by teaching yoga and mindfulness programs in primary schools. Her favourite part of this was the opportunity to introduce young children to emotional regulation tools as a life skill. Since recently becoming a mum, her yoga journey shifted to studying prenatal and postnatal yoga. Based on her own experience birthing and navigating motherhood, she is now passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a tool to nourish and care for the mother through all stages of pregnancy, birth and postpartum and honour the sacred space of matrescence
